For example, the team at breakfast was on top of everything, even on Christmas morning, and we were blown away by the number of them working. The room we had? Clean, tidy, and it felt cozy right when we walked in. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in, far better than anything I've encountered in a hotel before.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable given the comfort level provided.

Enjoyed great affordable and delicious breakfasts.
The location was particularly good; very close to a college and a tower. The daily service was attentive.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with the bathroom and 2 double beds, for example. My breakfast was savoury and tasty with strawberries. The location was marvellous for walking around a public square.
There was a very uncomfortable bed.

The location was decent, right next to Church Street. Plus, it was next to a tube station and the rooms were fashionable and compact. The restaurant was good with our lunch at the Carlton Restaurant here, I had tasty dishes.

hotel is good in general (comfortable, clean venue, everything works) and staff (cleaning, administration, restaurant) is extremely friendly. breakfast buffet is good but a bit monotonous. wifi is good, without much capacity. pool is excellent.
I had reserved the room offered with two beds, but when they saw that it was only one person they changed me to one with a single king bed. The problem was that it was a very small room, in the last corner of the 23rd floor, quite hot and with only a small window to the street. The air conditioning is centrally regulated, so it couldn't get any cooler. I was given bottled water until the third day and never received a newspaper, even though they promised a daily newspaper in their advertising (apparently they only give it to guests who subscribe to the chain ).

Best customer service I ever experienced! Me and my boyfriend were planning on a romantic dinner at Keg mansion and apparently they dont take reservations on the weekend? Service rep took it upon himself to call Keg mansion to put our name on the waiting list as priority hotel guests and upgraded us to king suite and extended our check out time until 2pm no extra cost! The staff were so friendly! Really enjoyed our stay!
We did not know where to park..... But now we know for next time.

Great location right in the heart of the city, and the room wasvery comfy and tidy with a fantastic king-size bed. The friendly staff made a difference, especially at the reception, where they upgraded our bed at no additional cost. The parking situation was a bit tight, and the breakfast options were limited. The noise from the street could be heard at night, which affected our sleep.
